To default the entire panel if installer and CSID codes is not known do the following: Power down panel. Push diodes together to create short. Power up panel with shorted diodes and wait for about 5 secods. A click will be heard and the panel is then defaulted to factory settings. Power down and undo shortcircuit. Power up, now you would be able to program again from scratch Hoping this would help. Regards jan.kleynhans@pixie.co.za
